A daughter, a kitchen, a quiet idea.
It began without a plan. My daughter, then eighteen, was struggling with skin that no commercial product could quiet. Most were too harsh, too fragranced — or simply did nothing.
After months of research and slow experiments at the kitchen table, I poured my first batch: clays, arrowroot, unrefined butters and a few cold-pressed oils. No aluminium. It worked.
Bael — Bilva — has held a sacred place in Indian tradition for centuries. Its fruit, leaves and bark have always been medicine. We simply asked what would happen if we returned to it, slowly.
